The noise from the air conditioning, particularly prevalent in rooms adjacent to reception, was intrusive. While staff promptly relocated my room, the issue persisted due to the similar layout. The hotel serves as a practical stopover due to its competitiveness in pricing. It offers basic amenities like flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and 24-hour security, aligning with budget needs for those on extensive travel itineraries. Ultimately, while not adjacent to attractions and with room acoustics needing attention, Canova Hotel stands firm as a value choice for short stays, especially when the focus is on cost-effective shelter over luxury indulgence.
